Search homes and other real estate through the advertising services of Multiple Listing Service of San Diego . There is no cost  to use this service. When you find a home you like, please contact the advertised real estate agent to obtain more information about any particular listings that you are viewing. You are under no obligation to work with any Multiple Listing Service of San Diego advertised real estate agent unless you choose to sign an agreement stating that you agree to work with a particular real estate agent. You can search the listings for free and you can call or email the agent to give you more detailed information on the real estate properties (not including your long distance phone charges, if any).

 

Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is a Free MLS Multiple Listing Service search service provided through links to its

advertised real estate agents’ websites. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is an independently owned and operated

advertising service and is not affiliated  Sandicor. The regional Multiple Listing Service for San Diego County is owned and

operated by Sandicor, Inc.

 Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is an advertising and marketing service for real estate brokers and agents . Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is not involved in any real estate listing or sales activities. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is not a licensed real estate brokerage company.

If you are a real estate Seller, you cannot advertise or “list” your real estate directly on Multiple Listing Service of San Diego. To add your real estate to the properties able to be viewed through Multiple Listing Service of San Diego, you must contact a licensed real estate agent that is also a member of your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service to list your real estate on your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service. Your property can then be viewed on Multiple Listing Service of San Diego through the Multiple Listing Service of San Diego advertised real estate agent’s website. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego does not receive any real estate commissions before, during or after any resulting transactions. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is paid marketing and advertising fees by its advertised real estate agents and other advertising customers.

Multiple Listing Service of San Diego does not work directly with any real estate buyers. To view any real estate in person that is seen on Multiple Listing Service of San Diego, you must contact a licensed real estate agent that is a member of your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service to set up appointments to see the properties in person. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is not an  independent MLS Multiple Listing Services and therefore Multiple Listing Service of San Diego cannot set up any real estate showings or appointments. Please contact the advertised agent directly. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is an advertising service that links buyers to third party real estate agent websites. You must contact a licensed real estate agent or broker to obtain more information about any particular homes or land that you are viewing on their web site. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego will not discuss, by email or otherwise, any real estate listings that are seen on our third party advertised real estate agents’ websites. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego is not responsible for the content viewed on any of its third party linked websites.
